We aim to provide the best possible service to all our patients. If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of our service, please contact either Mr. A Badiani or Mr. N Badiani.
You will not be treated any differently because you have expressed concern.
We will acknowledge and respond to your concerns in a caring and sensitive way. Our aim is to deal with the complaint courteously and aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
We value your feedback. Compliments and complaints provide us with valuable information that helps us improve our services.
